If you did not receive the item, or the item is not as described, you have 14 days from your actual or latest estimated delivery date to open a request for a refund.
If it is one of Vunubi’s products this can be process and completed within 5 days. However, if the product is from one of our vendors you will need to open a dispute with that vendor. If after 3 days you and the vendor does not come to an agreement, you can ask us to assist. We’ll review the details of your case and make a decision within 48 hours.
